CORE Supervisory Training_L2

(Competent • Organised • Reliable • Empowered)

The CORE Supervisory Training (Level 2) program represents the intermediate level of supervisory excellence, aimed at enhancing competence and reliability in day-to-day leadership functions. Designed for supervisors who already possess basic leadership exposure, this program strengthens their organizational, coaching, and problem-solving abilities to improve team productivity and performance consistency.

Building upon the CADET foundation, the CORE program introduces key supervisory tools and techniques such as Work Study, Time and Motion Analysis, and Lean Thinking Mechanisms. Participants will learn to analyze workflow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and introduce process improvements aligned with Lean principles.

Another core feature of this program is the emphasis on Coaching, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and Counselling Skills, enabling supervisors to mentor their team members and address behavioral or performance challenges effectively. Participants will practice applying the GROW Coaching Model and Job Instruction Techniques (TWI) through structured role plays and real workplace cases.

Through a balanced blend of theory, simulation, and reflection, supervisors gain the confidence to lead team meetings, resolve conflicts, and enhance workplace harmony while maintaining a focus on operational targets. Ultimately, the CORE program develops supervisors who are organized, empowered, and dependable — capable of transforming their teams into consistent performers and productivity drivers.
