Strategic Thinking: Planning and Execution takes you step by step through the questions to ask, in order to formulate strategies and to write clear and concise strategic plans using various Strategic Thinking Tools such as 9S Strategic Approach, 7S Mckinsey Model, SWOT Analysis, etc. The basis of the course is focused on three core actions – creating knowledge, innovating and implementing changes.

In this course, participants would learn on how to utilize their finest strategic minds to create awareness, and educate themselves on how their insights can transform themselves into decisive, capable strategic thinkers.

They would also learn how to overcome both internal and external obstacles that block the way to achieving their goals. As Strategic Thinkers would sharpens their awareness of the world around themselves so that their previously inexplicable events become intelligible.

The facilitator would share ideas, guide and support each step and strengthen their abilities to conduct analysis and identify future needs, understand the current situation and to propose their strategic plans.
