(Committed • Aware • Disciplined • Engaged • Trainable)

The CADET Supervisory Training (Level 1) program marks the foundational stage of the supervisory learning pathway. It is designed to equip newly appointed or aspiring supervisors with the core skills, mindset, and discipline required to transition effectively from a worker to a team leader. The course builds awareness of supervisory responsibilities, strengthens commitment to organizational goals, and instills essential leadership behaviors necessary to manage people, process, and performance efficiently.

Through interactive sessions and workplace-relevant activities, participants learn to interpret management expectations, balance operational results with employee welfare, and uphold accountability in daily tasks. The course also places strong emphasis on effective communication — enabling supervisors to give clear instructions, conduct daily briefings, and manage upward, downward, and cross-functional communication flow.

In addition, the program introduces fundamental improvement tools such as 5S workplace organization and Kaizen problem-solving, empowering supervisors to identify abnormalities, eliminate waste, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Each module combines theory with practical exercises like simulations, role plays, and shop-floor reflections to ensure that participants can immediately apply their learning to real-world supervisory scenarios.

By completing this program, participants emerge as disciplined, committed, and aware frontline leaders who can confidently manage teams, communicate effectively, and support operational excellence on the shop floor.
