Participants will explore the evolving role of senior supervisors in an era defined by Industry 4.0, where human–machine collaboration, data analytics, and automation reshape operational landscapes. Through immersive learning sessions, participants will master advanced performance management techniques, Lean leadership, and process optimization tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Root Cause Analysis. The course emphasizes the development of resilient leaders who can manage complexity, inspire multi-generational teams, and lead cross-functional projects with confidence and agility.
