They will explore how to simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary steps, and implement improvements that benefit both themselves and their teams.
The programme balances office digital skills with self-management strategies, helping participants maintain focus, reduce stress, and build sustainable habits using tools such as Pomofocus, Headspace, and Forest. Learning is highly hands-on, activity-driven, and designed for immediate workplace application.
