Kaizen Thinking Mechanism
Kaizen Thinking Mechanism is a user-friendly program that would help participants to improve their thinking pattern which would ultimately shift their perception on how to execute Kaizen at their workplace.
The programme would walk the participants through a step-by-step approach beginning from the concepts of Kaizen, how to visualize activities that are happening on the shop-floor, to analyse activities, generate ideas, plan and implement continuous improvement.
The programme is presented in a very systematic and simplified approach in-order for the participants to grasp and digest the philosophy and tools related to continuous improvement focusing on waste reduction.
