
SMART: Supervisory Management And Resilience Training
The SMART Certification program is a comprehensive series of courses consisting of four courses and eight days of high impact training.
Mastering Supervision requires discipline, patience, persistence and creativity. This course is designed to enable a new supervisor or team leader to effectively make the transition from being a member of a team into a role of added responsibility, giving them the skills needed to prepare for and make the change a positive experience. This course will also help the established supervisor to review their practice and identify new strategies for getting the best from their team and themselves.
Smart not only shows the participants how to gain their staff’s trust and commitment but also provides practical techniques for them to use when planning, organizing, communicating, coaching, problem-solving, delegating and etc., breaking through the barriers of adversities with strong resilience.
The programme is packed with guidance to help participants to direct their energy towards building essential character within themselves, leading their team members to perform and improving productivity.
